How do I place my order?
1. Browse through our product list, choose your colour and size (if applicable) then click "Add To Cart".

What is your minimum requirement to order?
Minimum requirement to order is 5 pieces of mixed colours and designs. This is because we are offering wholesale prices and to help reduce your shipping cost to make it economically viable for you and us.
Which shipping couriers do you use?
We use DPEX to ship internationally as it is one of the most reliable shipping couriers. The goods will reach you within 3 to 4 business days (and 1-2 days for processing) upon being delivered from us, here in Guangzhou, China. Specially for our Indonesian customers, we use EMS to ship to you which will take 5 to 7 business days. If you wish to use other shipping couriers, email us at customerservice@versuaz.com with the order number.

We are located in Guangzhou, China.
Can I reserve my goods first?
Yes you may reserve your goods first. You place an order with us, transfer the full amount (inclusive of shipping) to us, then email to us hold your order first. We will package your order and keep it in our warehouse until you have added sufficient clothing and want us to send it to you.
What are your payment options?
Currently, we accept payment to our Singapore bank account, via Western Union, or our preferred payment mode, credit cards (powered by Paypal). Please contact us if you would like to transfer payment to us via any other means.

Can I be a reseller?
Yes, you can resell our products. You may use the pictures from our website for your advertising purposes.

Do your products come with accessories?
Accessories, belts, two-pieces will be stated if the product comes with these. If it is not stated, then the product does not include accesories.
What is your privacy policy?
Here at Versuaz, your internet security is very important to us. All customer data is kept safe and will NEVER be shared or sold to anyone. Our preferred online payment method, Paypal, is internationally recognised and secure.
Can I get a refund for your clothing if they are defective?
Certainly, we accept returns and provide refunds for either shipping errors or damaged goods. Please email us at customerservice@versuaz.com. Include pictures clearly showing the defect(s). You should not have to do this as our quality control does a check before your package is shipped out.
Can I make changes to my order after I have placed an order
We allow changes to your order (which you can do via your account) up to the point that you make payment. Thereafter, no changes will be allowed for your order.
Do you allow dropshipping?
Yes, we do. Simply enter your own particulars under the billing section, and enter your recipient's particulars under the shipping section. We will then ship the goods to your recipient directly. Should you wish to add your own branding or to remove our Versuaz branding, please email us and we will gladly do it for a small fee.
Do I need to convert my money before I transfer to you via Western Union / bank transfer?
We give you the price in USD / SGD, but you do not need to convert your money at money changers before sending it to us. Simply approach your local Western Union / bank branches and they will tell you the equivalent in your currency.
